Hello and welcome to my blog, Hannah’s Happy Pace!
I’m Hannah, a 25-year-old with a love of running, lifting, food (ALL the food!) and peanut butter.
I don’t really have a running distance as such, but for the past few years I’ve been doing one or two marathons a year. So far I’ve completed four:
– York Marathon (2014) – 3:53
– Manchester Marathon (2015) – 3:38
– Berlin Marathon (2015) – 3:31
– London Marathon (2016) – 3:25
My next marathon is Boston in April 2017 and I’ll be documenting my training on here as well as on my Instagram – @hbryan91.
I’m happiest when I’m in lycra – or eating! – and love to lift several times a week as part of my training. I follow structured gym sessions with a lot of running specific exercises thrown in there and over 2017 I’m hoping to perfect my Olympic lifting skills.
As well as training, this blog is also about food! I’m a massive foodie and adore creating new recipes and seeking out the best places to eat. There will also be a little bit of travel on here hopefully, whether that be abroad or city breaks here in the UK.
I hope you enjoy reading it and find it helpful/interesting! If you’ve got any questions, please feel free to comment or Tweet me @hannahbryan91.
